When a feeder is assembled for a particular screw or rivet, the dimensions are fixed. An operator cannot make any adjustments that might degrade the performance. Since all the components are standard and in stock, these feeders can be purchase for a relatively low price with a one to two week delivery.
Spacer-Adjustable Bowl Feeders come in three sizes:
5 inch diameter for parts with shanks up to 3/8 inch long
8 inch diameter for parts with shanks up to 3/4 inch long
14 inch diameter for parts with shanks up to 3 inches long
In addition they are available in two styles. The parts being fed can be discharged traveling horizontally or at a downward angle of 30 degrees. Both styles are available CW or CCW. after
