We design and manufacture vibratory bowl feeders to meet fast and organized parts feeding and parts orientation requirements. Our vibratory bowl feeders have the capabilities to handle different types of components, including, but not limited to:

Our Products and Capabilities

At VFI, we provide standard as well as custom solutions for automotive manufacturing. Customers can choose from standard products or a custom combination to suit their needs. Some of our offerings include:

• Bowl Feeders:
• Our cascade bowl feeders are designed with outward spiraling tracks that can efficiently move and orient small components likes screws, bolts, and dowels.
• For larger components, we recommend outside track bowl feeders. These allow for high feed rates and precise part orientation. They can also be designed with multiple feed lines.


• Supply Hoppers:

We provide standard and straight front supply hoppers. Each type provides specific advantages to an application.



• Standard supply hoppers are designed with paddle switch sensors, and adjustable feed rates and vibration amplitudes. They are extremely suitable for feeding of bulk parts.
• Our straight front supply hoppers consist of a wider tray opening, which allows for controlled feeding of parts with greater lengths and widths.


• Drive Units:
• For automotive applications, we usually recommend the use of pneumatic drive units.
• Our high inertia units are capable of supporting 5 to 18-inch-diameter cascade bowls and 6 to 12-inch core-diameter outside-track bowls.
